Dispatch Policy

We dispatch goods Monday to Friday & use services from Royal Mail. If you do require goods by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering - we will do all we can to ensure your products arrive on time.Please allow 28 days for delivery.

Prices and Tax

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If the item you received is faulty or incorrect please email our Customer Support team within 14 days at sales@stressedanddepressed.co.uk, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. If the item you received is faulty, you have the right to return it within a reasonable period of time. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

As you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us (please enclose a copy of your postage receipt when you return the item, so that we know how much to refund you for your postage). Your original delivery charge will not be refunded if you are returning the whole order and you have requested a refund for the goods. Any items returned to us should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging where possible.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Following the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act of Dec 03, We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Disclaimer

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery and Orders

Unfortunately we are unable to process any orders from PO Box and BFPO addresses. For orders outside the UK, customers need to be aware that they will need to pay any customs duties/import tax.
